Shipping Policy

All items are handmade to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times:

1. Domestic : 4–8 business days after dispatch (delivery time may vary by location)
2. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
3. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
4. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Because every item is handmade, we only accept returns or refunds if the product arrives damaged.

To qualify for a return or refund:

1. Record a clear unpacking video showing the sealed package, the opening process, and the damaged item.
2. Send the video to cozycreationsbyanisha.com within 48 hours of delivery.
3. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
   

Please note:

1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Refunds (excluding shipping charges) are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received.
3. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

Custom and Handmade Orders

All products are handmade, so each piece is unique. Small variations in size, color, or shape are part of the charm of handmade items.
