Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Cozy Creations. Because each item is handmade, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We will only accept returns and issue refunds if the item arrives damaged — and we require video proof of the unpacking.
How to qualify for a return & refund

As soon as you receive your order, please record a clear, continuous unpacking video that shows: the sealed package, opening the package, and the damaged item(s) and packaging.

We will review your video and confirm whether the damage meets our return criteria.

If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a tracked shipping method.

Keep your return tracking number and send it to us after shipping.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund for the item price (excluding original shipping costs) within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
Important notes

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds without the required unpacking video.

Damages caused after delivery or by improper handling after unpacking are not eligible.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, you may also refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
